Hey everyone, my name is Jocelyn  Earl and I am the Owner and Creator of Passion 16, I am a 26 year old African American women from Saint Louis Missouri, with a Passion for Fashion in all things Creativity. I love making things so I decided to start my business called Passion 16. The name of my business was created during my high school years, I graduated in 2016, so when realized I had a extreme passion for making things I got started. I made two simple but very motivatong products, lipgloss|MelonSycle and Majic Spell|. Passion 16 was originally just suppose to be a Beauty, Clothing and Accessories shop but I eventually ventured into making home decor, candles,dtf cups etc.. the list goes on. I love having a variety of products that way everyone has something to look forward to.

I've thought about opening a clothing shop since I was a little girl, I use to play with Bratz dolls (hence wear the name came from) they always made sure to mention they have a Passion for fashion!, and my favorite number is 16 sooooo Passion 16. I was inspired around my junior year of high school to get into fashion design and right then I knew I wanted to become a business owner and not only sell things but make them myself,so I came up with Passion 16. I initially wanted to cater to everyone's individual, unique creativity. That is why I value your opinion so much, I look forward to hearing from you all and I hope you enjoy shopping at Passion 16, I hope to make it a true experience!
